Membership Secretary's Role Description Maintain an up-to-date membership record with members’ details Liaise with the Website Editor regarding changes / additions to membership details Design and produce a membership Renewal/Application form in co-operation with Website Editor Notify members when subscriptions are due – after February AGM for 1st March Receive subscriptions from members and provide receipts (in liaison with Treasurer) Liaise with England Athletics re club Affiliation fees and members’ Registration payments (April/May) Maintain club and members’ details on England Athletics website Reply to new membership enquires as appropriate Arrange new members to be welcomed into the club Attend monthly Committee meetings and give a membership report Produce an annual membership report for the AGM Promote the club when and wherever possible
